Hi, I’m Gabrielle (Gaby) Kelly, LCSW, CSW-G!

I work with adults across California who are navigating the many transitions that come with life — shifts in career, relationships, family roles, health, aging, and identity. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and deeply committed to the people and responsibilities in their lives. On the outside they often appear to be managing everything well, but internally they may feel overwhelmed, unsettled, or quietly stuck during seasons of change.

My professional background is rooted in healthcare and integrated medical settings, where I’ve worked alongside primary care teams supporting individuals and families through complex life and health transitions.

While I do specialize in aging and gerontology, I also care deeply about supporting working adults and parents who are balancing careers, caregiving, and family life. Many of my clients are people who carry a great deal of responsibility for others while trying to care for themselves at the same time. I believe mental health support should fit within the realities of real life — not feel like another obligation.
